RETURNS POLICY:

• Items can be returned within 14 days from the delivered date for a Credit Note
• Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned unless faulty.
• We do not offer refunds for final sale items, change of mind, exchanges or incorrect sizing.
• Please take care when trying on any items. Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached. Items must be free from stains and scents e.g. makeup, fake tan, perfume. We will be assessing all returned items to ensure products comply with our quality standards. Items failing inspections will be declined and returned to the customer.
• Only 1 return can be made per order
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping charges will not be issued along with the Credit Note
• Returns received later than 14 days will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. 

Please email info@deardecades.com.au if you believe your product is damaged or faulty. We will treat this with the highest of priority.

MAKE A RETURN:

Eligible items can be returned in line with our policy, within 14 days of delivery. If your return is eligible and meets our return conditions, please email info@deardecades.com.au along with the below details.

• Order Number
• Name on Order
• Reason for Return 

Returns received without a returns approval will be returned to the customer at their cost.

FAULTY ITEM:

• If you have received a faulty Item, please email us within 5 days of receiving the package via email.
• Please wait for instructions before shipping your return.
• Remember to use a traceable delivery method for returning your items, as we are not held responsible for lost/damaged returns in transit.

CREDIT NOTE:

• Credit notes make it easy to make future purchases and will be issued as a "Gift Card"
• Credit Notes are valid for 1 year from date of issue.

Our items are photographed and professional lighting is used, so item colour may vary slightly though we aim to keep it as accurate as possible. Please refer to the product description, close up shot and video to see true colour. Colour may also look slightly different based on your display screen.
