Yes, however cancelations can only be made before items have been shipped. We cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped 😢

If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes as it is now with the courier. You will need to contact the courier (found on your tracking email) and update your address with them.

However, if you have only just placed the order, please contact us ASAP and we will assist with the address change 💙

We aim to have all orders the following business day. 

Any orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday are shipped the following business day. 

If your order is urgent, please email us at info@deardecades.com.au and we will try to arrange earlier shipment 💌
